There are various relatively flexible systems out there and we are happy to recommend some of them. As usual, we work with open source software to get our customers the best deals and avoid any muddle around licensing, as there are no license fees for open source.

He has been a photographer for years and a self-confessed web designer before that and NEVER had a web site! So recently he decided that yes, he needed a site, and also a blog. It’s a challenge to work with all these photographs of mouthwatering food but someone’s gotta do it. We have become something of an expert in adding blogs to web sites recently, hence why we added one to our own site, too (and hid it, as I don’t get to update it that often…)

We have added blog systems to customers’ web sites for some time but now they are selling like hot cakes. We usually use WordPress and if it’s an existing site, we upload the blog system onto the customer’s web space, take the design of the site, transplant it on the blog, add a link to the web site and voila, a blog is added to the customer’s site that looks exactly like their web site and fits in seamlessly. This usually takes us a day in working time. At the moment, we are working on one for www.midascorporateconsulting.com.
